Winchester M1897
The Winchester Model 1897 Trench Gun, was a smoothbore pump-action rifle with external hammer and tubular magazine developed and produced by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company. The gun was nothing but an evolution of the earlier M1893 designed by John Browning. From 1897 until 1957, more than one million rifles were produced in America.
The weapon was used in the Philippine-American War, World War I, by the various U.S. police forces in the 1930s, especially on the Pacific front in World War II, the Korean War, and in Vietnam
